• We use skilled workmen and follow manufacturer's recommendations when handling and mixing the products, preparing the surfaces to be painted, selecting the application methods and equipment, and applying the paint.
• We clean thoroughly all surfaces until free from dirt, oil, grease and loose rust scale using solvents and power tool or hand tool to achieve the desired results recommended for proper adhesion by the paint manufacturer.      

1.Figueroa Industrial Painting LLC, Perform a variety of routine and preventive maintenance painting duties, such as high steel and structural steel painting, sand blasting, Vapor blast and preparation for enamel, epoxy,  and  painting.

2. We Prepare and paint a variety of surfaces including, aluminum, ferrous metal, interior drywall, coated metal, uncoated metal, finished hardware, accessories, light fixtures, and other surfaces as specified; protect and prime surfaces as appropriate; apply finish coatings to Mill Spec requirements.

3. We apply protective coatings to items such as equipment and miscellaneous metalwork; metalwork in corrosive atmospheric areas, subject to toxic fumes, wash down, flooding or abrasion; and tanks, vessels and hoppers constructed of aluminum or ferrous metals.

4. We apply primer to aluminum surfaces in contact with, or embedded in, concrete and to all faying surfaces of bolted aluminum joints.

5. We Repair coats, prepare surfaces, and field paint equipment.

6. We Paint required galvanized surfaces per specification.

7. We Remove applied protective coatings from equipment by sandblasting or Vapor blasting: perform field blast cleaning as specified; remove dust by brushing, vacuuming or air blasting; remove heavy deposits of grease or oil from surfaces.

8. We Correct work as directed; repair, scratches or other small imperfections in the finish. 

9. We Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local occupational safety, health and air pollution control regulations  and with all safety precautions recommended by paint manufacturer.

10. We Clean up work areas, equipment, supplies and materials; apply standard safety practices and procedures.

11.  We Determine and apply appropriate coating systems for painting ferrous metals which may/may not be subject to submergence in water, sewage, or corrosive environments. 

12. We Maintain safety standards in the performance of duties. 

13. We Determine appropriate colors and coatings for various surfaces according to standard guidelines. 

Methods & Equipment

Proper surface preparation is critical to the success and longevity of our projects. Surfaces are first analyzed and then processed using the most appropriate methods including: hot/cold power washing, steam cleaning, sandblasting, abrasion, chemical treatments, and shot-blasting for concrete floors. Surrounding surfaces are protected and masked off as needed, and our jobs sites left clean and organized.

Industrial spray specializes in high-volume spray painting of high-performance coatings. Spray painting offers the ultimate in speed, efficiency, and coverage quality, especially in 3D surface and difficult access situations. Conventional brush & roller techniques are utilized when they are preferable and/or more efficient.

As professional industrial painters, we are capable of working in most industrial situations, including high-rise exteriors and difficult access interiors. Our crews use a wide range of aerial-lift platforms as needed to access almost any area in your facility, and to complete jobs safely and properly.
